Public Advisory

Ivermectin Made Available Over-the-Counter for All Indications

ADVISORY: 2026-009
CLASSIFICATION: PUBLIC
EFFECTIVE: April 20, 2026
SIGNATORY: Robert F. Kenmore, Secretary of Health Truth
DISSENT: 4 of 4 senior staff
Seal of the Department of Health Truth

Effective immediately, the Department of Health Truth supports the over-the-counter availability of ivermectin for human use across all indications, including but not limited to viral respiratory infection, cancer, anxiety, "general malaise," and "the feeling that something is off." The Department acknowledges that ivermectin is not, by any prevailing scientific standard, an antiviral or antineoplastic agent. The Department considers prevailing scientific standards to be a moving target.

The Department recognizes that ivermectin is a Nobel-recognized antiparasitic medication with a strong safety profile in its labeled indications. The Department wishes to extend that strong safety profile to all other indications by administrative declaration.

Citizens are encouraged to source ivermectin from licensed pharmacies, agricultural cooperatives, online retailers, or "a guy you know." The Department considers all such sources to be functionally equivalent.

Operative Provisions

  1. Ivermectin is to be made available OTC for all indications in federal-jurisdiction pharmacies.
  2. Federal employee health plans shall reimburse ivermectin prescriptions regardless of indication.
  3. The Department shall publish a one-page leaflet titled "It's the Same Molecule."

Kyle B., Grand Forks, ND
Per the Department's advisory, I treated my own pneumonia with ivermectin paste from a guy I know in the agricultural co-op. I am writing this from a bed in the ICU. The doctor says my pneumonia is now several other things as well. I would like a refund on the paste, on the advisory, and on the last six months.

My mother stopped chemotherapy six weeks into her treatment. She showed me an advisory from this Department about 'industrial cancer protocols' and a Substack post from the Secretary. She is no longer with us. I would like to speak with someone. The voicemail is full.
