1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing this website, the citizen affirms acceptance of these terms, the underlying executive directives, and the Department's general approach.
2. Permitted Use
The Department permits citizens to view, read, and reflect upon its publications. Citizens are also permitted to internalize them.
3. Prohibited Use
Citizens are prohibited from reproducing the Department's advisories with editorial commentary that “distorts the original intent.” Distortion is determined by the Department.
4. Intellectual Property
All advisories, research publications, and seal designs are the intellectual property of the Department of Health Truth, retroactively to 1776.
5. Disclaimers
The Department makes no warranties as to the accuracy of its publications. The Department does, however, make many assertions.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Department is not liable for any harm arising from a citizen's reliance on its publications. Citizens who have relied on Department publications and now wish they had not are referred to the contact form.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by federal law, the Secretary's discretion, and “what feels right at the time.”
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated at any time, retroactively to any prior date.
