Wireless Radiation: Federal Concern Notice for All 5G Infrastructure

ADVISORY: 2026-010
CLASSIFICATION: PUBLIC
EFFECTIVE: April 28, 2026
SIGNATORY: Robert F. Kenmore, Secretary of Health Truth
DISSENT: 4 of 4 senior staff
Seal of the Department of Health Truth

The Department of Health Truth hereby issues a Federal Concern Notice regarding the proliferation of fifth-generation (5G) wireless infrastructure across the United States. The Department's position is that the cumulative biological effects of pervasive non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation have not been adequately studied — by which the Department means: have not been studied to the Secretary's satisfaction.

The Department acknowledges that the existing peer-reviewed literature on non-ionizing radiation finds no consistent evidence of biological harm at consumer exposure levels. The Department considers the absence of evidence to be insufficient evidence of absence, and considers the available evidence to be insufficient evidence of anything.

Federal facilities are advised to "consider" the relocation of 5G installations away from childcare centers, hospitals, and "any building in which a sincere person is attempting to think." The Department recognizes that this recommendation is not enforceable. The Department finds the recommendation valuable nonetheless.

Operative Provisions

  1. A Federal Concern Notice is hereby issued. Federal Concern Notices have no operative legal effect.
  2. The Department shall convene a working group on "Wireless and the Body" by Q4.
  3. Citizens experiencing distress in the presence of cellular infrastructure are encouraged to "trust the body."

Following the Department's Federal Concern Notice, the cell tower at the end of our street was 'voluntarily removed.' I have not had reliable cell service in four months. I missed my mother's hospitalization. I missed my daughter's school play. I do feel, however, that I am thinking more clearly. So at least there's that.
